Vaccination Certificates and Service Victoria Check-ins
In accordance with directives from the Victorian Chief Health Officer, Wandin Valley farms will require that all employees (including all Casuals and members of Labour Hire teams) to check in at our Wandin North site before commencing work each day, and to present their COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate if requested to do so (for those who are fully vaccinated).
Please ensure that you have the Service Victoria app on your mobile device, and, if you are fully vaccinated, please add your Vaccination Certificate to this App.

Health Declarations, Absence Notifications, Travel/Living Arrangements
This page is for members of our Wandin Valley Farms team to submit their Daily COVID Health declaration, or to notify of an absence due to illness or other reasons. It also provides a form for advising your living and travel arrangements while working at Wandin Valley Farms.
