Wandin Valley Farms is one of the largest growers of premium cherries in Australia. From it’s early beginnings in 1984 the major focus has been to produce the highest quality grade of cherries exhibiting great colour, flavour and size.
Wandin Valley Farms is owned by the Sebire family, a family that has a long and successful history of exceptional orchard management and quality fruit growing.
We have a strong belief that environmental sustainability is of the utmost importance for our future. Australia experiences harsh temperate climatic conditions and the management of our water resource is of the utmost importance. This, together with the sustainability of our land, is at the forefront of our business principles both now and for our continued growth in the years to come.
Wandin Valley Farms has just been announced as the winner of the 'Biggest and Best Cherries' Competition held on 20 Nov 2012 at the Cherry Auction Breakfast held at the Queen Victoria Market , organised for the Melbourne City Mission and Variety Charities. “In a blind tasting of the same product, it is always difficult to distinguish a significant differences between one box and another. But one box did stand out and that was the fantastic cherries from Wandin Valley Farms. The other cherries were all good, but their's were great” Ian Curley - European / The Melbourne Supper Club / City Wine Shop / Siglo
Keep up the great work. - Matteo Pignatelli - Matteo's Restaurant
